Letzte Aktualisierung: Oktober 30, 2026

This policy explains what personal data BeezPlay (“we”, “us”) collects on https://beezplay.net, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

BeezPlay is an online games and rewards platform: you play games, earn points, and spend them on the site. The owner and operator of the site is responsible for your personal data. For anything about privacy, contact us at info@beezplay.net.

2. Data we collect

Data you give us

  • Account details: username, display name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form), and a profile picture if you upload one.
  • Content you share: community posts, comments, and entries in events or contests.
  • Messages you send us at info@beezplay.net.

Data collected automatically while you use the site

  • Activity on the site: games played, points earned and spent, store purchases, rewards, and achievements.
  • Phone-controller and TV play: a temporary room code and the touch, button, and joystick signals your phone sends to the game. We use them only to run the play session and keep them only briefly for that purpose.
  • Technical and security data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and failed login attempts, used to prevent fraud and attacks.
  • Aggregated visit statistics: we use a built-in analytics tool that does not rely on tracking cookies to follow you across websites.

Data from Google or Facebook, if you sign in with them. We receive only your name, email address, and profile picture (the basic email and public_profile permissions on Facebook, and openid email profile on Google). We do not request access to your friends, posts, messages, or files.

3. How we use your data

  • To create and run your account, sign you in, run games, and keep your points, rewards, and purchases.
  • To send service emails: account activation, password reset, security notices, and important updates.
  • To answer your questions and requests.
  • To protect the site and its users from fraud, fake accounts, and attacks.
  • To improve the site and its games and to measure performance in aggregate.
  • To show ads that help us keep the platform free.
  • To comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for purposes other than those above.

4. Who we share data with

We use service providers that the platform needs in order to work. We share only the minimum each one needs:

We may also disclose data when a competent authority requires it by law, or to protect our rights and the rights of our users.

5. Cookies and ads

  • Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect the site. Sign-in and security do not work without them.
  • Advertising: we may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads that are relevant to you. You can manage Google ads in Google Ad Settings and learn how Google uses data at How Google uses data from sites that use its services.
  • You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but some features, such as staying signed in, may stop working.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your account data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete it, we delete your data within 30 days, and it disappears from our backups within 60 days at most, as backups rotate. We may keep certain records (for example transaction or security logs) for as long as the law requires or as needed to prevent fraud.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data: HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, encrypted storage of service keys, protection against attacks and fake accounts, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so please choose a strong password and never share it.

8. Your rights

Under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and its executive regulations, you have the right to:

  • access the data we hold about you;
  • correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your data or your whole account;
  • object to the processing of your data, or withdraw your consent at any time.

To use any of these rights, email info@beezplay.net from the address registered to your account. To request deletion, follow the steps on our Anweisungen zum Löschen von Daten page. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the data protection authority in Egypt if you believe your rights have not been respected.

10. International transfers

Some providers listed above operate outside Egypt, so your data may be processed on servers in other countries. We choose providers that apply an appropriate level of protection.

The site may link to external websites and services that we don’t control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will publish the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
