Welcome to BeezPlay. These terms govern your use of https://beezplay.net and its services: games, points, the store, the community, events, and the play-on-TV and phone-controller features.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the site, you confirm that you have read these terms and our Privacy Policy and agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users aged 13–17 may use the site only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission, and that adult is responsible for their use. We may suspend any account we know breaks this rule.

3. Your account

You may have one account only. Keep your details accurate and your email address under your control.
You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account. Tell us right away at info@beezplay.net if you think your account has been compromised.
You may not sell, transfer, or share your account.

4. Points and rewards

Points (Beez Points) are a unit used inside the site. They are earned by playing and taking part, and spent on what the site offers, such as the store and advanced play features.
Points have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, and they cannot be sold, bought, or transferred to another user unless the site explicitly allows it.
We may change how points are earned and spent, and what features cost, and we will post such changes on the site.
Points are deducted when you use a feature, as shown to you before you confirm.
We may cancel points obtained through cheating, exploiting bugs, or using multiple accounts.

5. Store and purchases

Prices and purchase requirements are shown before you complete a purchase and may change over time.
Any cash payments are handled by an independent payment provider under its own terms. We do not store your card details.
For digital items or services delivered immediately, there are no refunds unless the item is defective or was not delivered, or the law requires otherwise. If something goes wrong, email info@beezplay.net.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

cheat in games or with points, or use bots, scripts, or any exploit of bugs on the site;
create multiple accounts to collect rewards more than once;
try to hack, disrupt, or overload the site, or access other users’ accounts or the admin area;
post content that is abusive, violent, hateful, obscene, or that infringes anyone’s rights, or impersonate another person, or harass others;
post harmful links or spam;
copy the site or its games, republish them, decompile them, or extract their files in order to redistribute them;
use the site in any way that breaks the law.

7. User content and the community

You are responsible for what you post (posts, comments, images). By posting, you give us a free, non-exclusive licence to display and store it on the site so we can run the service; you remain the owner of your content. We may remove any content that breaks these terms, without prior notice.

8. Games, TV play, and the phone controller

Games are provided “as is”. We may add, change, or remove games at any time.
How well a game runs depends on your device, browser, and connection. We don’t guarantee that every game works on every device, screen, or controller.
The phone controller works with a temporary room code. Share it only with people you want to play with; you are responsible for who you let join.
Long play sessions in front of a screen can be tiring. Taking sensible breaks is your responsibility.

9. Intellectual property

The site, its design, logo, text, games, and published content belong to BeezPlay or to the owners who license them to us, and are protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to play and enjoy them. No ownership rights pass to you.

10. Ads and external links

The site may show ads and links to third parties. We are not responsible for their content or for what you do with them, and your dealings with them are governed by their own terms.

11. Suspension and ending your account

You may ask to delete your account at any time by following our Data Deletion Instructions. We may suspend or close any account that breaks these terms, notifying you at your registered email where possible. When an account is closed, its points and earnings may be lost.

12. Disclaimer

We work to keep the site running, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be free of errors, interruptions, or data loss. Please don’t rely on the site as the only place you keep anything of value.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BeezPlay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from using the site or being unable to use it, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new version with the updated date. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer. Before starting any legal action, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter amicably.
