You can ask بيزبلاي to delete your account and data at any time, whether you signed up with your email or signed in with Facebook or Google. Here is how.
Option 1: Request by email
- Send an email to info@beezplay.net from the email address registered to your account.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request — BeezPlay.
- In the message, give your username or registered email, and say whether you want your whole account deleted or only specific data.
- Never include your password in any message to us.
Option 2: If you signed in with Facebook
Send the request as in Option 1 and mention that you signed in with Facebook. You can also remove the app from your Facebook account:
- Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Find Apps and Websites (it may be under “Security and login”, depending on your Facebook version).
- اختر بيزبلاي and choose Remove.
Removing the app stops it from accessing your Facebook data in future, but deleting your BeezPlay account itself is done through your request to us.
Option 3: If you signed in with Google
Send the request as in Option 1 and mention that you signed in with Google. You can also remove BeezPlay’s access from your Google Account’s third-party connections page: select BeezPlay, then choose to delete its connection.
What happens after you send the request
- Within 7 days: we confirm we received your request. We may ask you to reply from the registered email address, or answer a simple question, to confirm the account is yours.
- Within 30 days: we delete your account and data from the live site and send you a confirmation email.
- Within 60 days at most: your data disappears from our backups as they rotate and old copies are replaced.
What is deleted

Important notes
- Deletion is permanent: you lose your points and earnings, and the account cannot be restored.
- If you have an unfinished purchase or contest entry, we may wait for it to complete or ask what you’d like to do before deleting.
- You can instead ask to see your data, or to delete only some of it while keeping your account, using the same email method.
